Doo Wop Soda Shop - A Salute to Music of the 1950's
We offer this wonderful evening at Clarice's private home, Mi Casita Preciosa, which has been featured on HGTV. The solarium can easily accommodate up to 45 guests and will be decorated with soda shop themed backdrops including vintage Wurlitzer jukeboxes and ice cream tables & stools.
Guests are entertained by a live DJ spinning Doo Wop hits and there is plenty of room to dance or participate in the Hula Hoop contest and do the "Hokey Pokey". Your group is given "Soda Jerk Hats" and song lyrics and encouraged to sing along with the songs of the era.
This is an ideal party for seniors since they already know the old songs and love the chance to relive fond memories and create new ones. Our many decorations and hostesses dressed in authentic 1950's costumes make this evening an unforgettable experience.
